This page says what ZeeroClick (ZeeroClick, SIRET 938 286 556 00023, France) collects, why, and who else handles it. Questions or requests: reply to any email you got from us, or write to hello@zeeroclick.com.
Businesses we contact
We use public business information: your business name, address, phone, website, reviews and photos from your Google listing and your own website, and a business email address. We use it to build a preview of a new site and to email you about it. Reply "stop" and you never hear from us again; we keep only your address on a do-not-contact list so it stays that way.
Clients
- Your name, email, phone and billing details, to deliver what you bought and to send invoices.
- Card payments go through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Invoices and payment records are kept as long as French accounting rules require.
People who visit our clients' sites
- The visit counter (stats only) records a count only (which site, what kind of tap, which day). It stores no names, no form contents and no IP addresses. To count repeat taps once, the device is checked against a one-way code that changes every day and is deleted after 24 hours.
- Request and estimate forms send what the visitor types straight to the business by email.
- The front desk chat answers from the site's own facts. We do not store the chat messages; only daily message counts are kept.
Who handles data for us
Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, the counter and the chat), Google (email), and FormSubmit (delivers site forms to the business). Each handles data only to provide its service.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and we do it. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
