Terms of service

These terms cover everything ZeeroClick sells. The seller is ZeeroClick, SIRET 938 286 556 00023, France. Details on the business page. By paying, you agree to these terms.

1. Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and paid by card through Stripe. Your card statement shows ZEEROCLICK.
• VAT is not charged: TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI. Each payment gets an invoice.
• The price on the page you paid from is the price. Nothing else is added later without your written okay.

2. Websites

• Your New Site, Live ($997 once, or $499 now and $498 when it is live): the site we built and showed you, put live on your own web address. If you have no web address, or yours belongs to a booking or website platform, we suggest 3 names, you pick one, and we register it for you. The first year of that address is included.
• Your Website ($2,925 once, or 2 payments of $1,525) and Your Website, Looked After All Year ($5,875 once, or $2,925 plus $295 a month): what each includes is listed on the offer page you paid from.
• Hosting is included for as long as the site stays with us. There is no hosting bill.
• Your Website and Your Website, Looked After All Year: the first 90 days after the site is live are looked after (same-day changes, the front desk or helper). Every website plan gets the free edits in section 3.
• Same-Day Promise: a change you email before 3pm your time on a weekday is live the same day. If we miss it, you get a month of care free.
• Split payments: the second payment is due when the site is live on your web address. If it is not paid 14 days after that, we may put the site back to its preview until it is.
• A web address we register for you is yours. Ask and we move it to an account in your name once the 60-day lock that applies to every new registration has passed.

3. Live in 7 Days, or Your Money Back (all website plans)

You see the finished site before you pay anything. Your site is live on your own web address within 7 days of paying, or you get every dollar back.

Live means your site answers on your own web address (for example https://www.yourbusiness.com) with a secure https connection, on a phone and on a computer.

The 7 days start when your payment goes through. They pause while we are waiting on you: if our email asks you to do the web address step, or to pick a web address, the days between that email and your reply do not count. Reply "done" (or with the address you picked) and the count starts again. If you never reply, the 7 days stay paused; we remind you, and the site stays ready.

For the first 30 days after your site is live, any change to what's on your site is free: words, photos, colors, prices, hours, services, the order of sections. New features (like an AI chat, online booking, online ordering, extra pages) are add-ons we quote separately, and nothing is charged for one unless you okay the price in writing.

4. Care and the front desk (monthly)

• Care is $295 a month, the front desk or helper alone is $49 a month. Both renew monthly on your card and stop any time: reply "stop" and nothing more is charged.
• The front desk on your site answers only from what is on your site. It never gives medical or dental advice, never quotes prices or insurance answers, and never asks for health details.

5. Build It For You ($1,325 once) and Pay Per Meeting ($97 per meeting)

• We find businesses that look like your best clients, write the emails, set up separate sending addresses and start sending within 14 days of getting your answers to our 3 questions.
• The sending addresses are billed to you by the provider (about $39 a month for 10, plus about $12 a year per web address). Your main email is never used.
• The 20 Replies Promise: if fewer than 20 people reply wanting to talk in your first 60 days of sending, you get the $1,325 back. Your part: answer our 3 questions and okay the first email within 2 days.
• Pay Per Meeting: your card is saved and nothing is charged until a meeting happens. Each meeting that happens is $97, billed once a month for last month's meetings. No-shows are free: reply "no show" to our meeting email within a day. Stop any time after your first 60 days.
• The 20 Meetings Promise: fewer than 20 meetings on your calendar in your first 60 days of sending, and we keep working for free until you have 20. You never pay for a meeting that did not happen.
• You keep the list, the emails and everything we set up.

6. Win-Back Send ($697 once)

• 3 emails written in your name to your past customers and old estimates, sent over 2 weeks from a separate address we set up (included). Every reply is forwarded to you the same day. Email only, never texts or calls.
• You send only people who bought from you or asked you for an estimate, and whom you are allowed to email. Anyone who says stop is taken off for good.
• Promise: if fewer than 5 people reply wanting to book or get a new estimate within 30 days of the first email, you get the $697 back, as long as your list had at least 300 people you may email.

7. Refunds

Which payments can be refunded, and how, is on the refund policy page.

8. Things we do not do

• We never promise a ranking on Google, a number of bookings or sales, or what any insurer will pay.
• We do not write medical, dental or legal claims. You check that what your site says about your services is true.

9. Problems

If anything is wrong, reply to any email you got from us, or write to hello@zeeroclick.com, and we fix it. Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank, so we can sort it out first.
